Far East Hospitality Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Corporate Operations to support and manage corporate initiatives across its hospitality portfolio. You will lead property pre-openings and takeovers, define operational readiness plans and develop practical frameworks that improve consistency, efficiency and guest experience.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in hotel operations, corporate operations, project management, hotel pre-opening or property takeover. Direct experience in hotel pre-opening and/or takeover projects would be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise management papers, corporate memos, business proposals and executive presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams, coordinate diverse stakeholders and drive deliverables through to completion.
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to consider operational, financial and guest-experience implications when developing recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Opening & Takeover: Manage assigned property pre-opening and takeover workstreams from planning through opening and post-opening stabilisation.
• Develop and maintain operational readiness plans, timelines, trackers and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with property teams and corporate functions to identify operational requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, dependencies and risks, and drive recovery actions.
• Escalate material issues with clear implications and actions, and capture post-opening learnings for future projects.
