The role covers marketing communications support, brand website maintenance, social media content creation, photography and videography for campaigns, as well as administration and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of the resort’s annual Marketing Communications budget with measurable indicators.
• Assist in developing and executing advertising and communications plans across print, digital and social media.
• Draft press releases, media pitches and other public relations materials.
• Coordinate media, influencer and social media requests, itineraries and follow-ups.
• Maintain media and partner databases and track publicity across channels.
• Develop sponsorships and partnerships to expand reach.
• Maintain and update the resort’s brand website and ensure content is current.
• Identify opportunities to boost online visibility and market penetration.
