Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital in Singapore seeks an Operations Safety support role to handle operational and administrative duties across the full safety spectrum. You will conduct inspections, assess risks, investigate incidents, and recommend improvements while organizing campaigns and training to raise safety awareness.

You will also maintain safety reports and contribute to quality improvement projects, working collaboratively with healthcare teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data analytics and visualisation tools.
• MOM-Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for Operations Safety in the Hospital.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate workplace incidents and make improvement recommendations.
• Organise campaigns and training to promote safety awareness.
• Maintain workplace safety reports and participate in quality improvement projects.
