Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of two years in supervisory/management capacity in security or related industry.
• Healthcare security planning and integrated security systems experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency with common office software applications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop security workflows, policies and standard operating procedures.
• Create contingency plans and communications protocols.
• Support integration of technology-enabled security solutions including CCTV and carpark monitoring.
• Oversee security systems monitoring, maintenance, incident reporting and investigation.
• Manage carpark operations, access control, visitor management and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and coordinate cross-functional security initiatives.
• Contribute to ORAT efforts and strengthen security governance and service delivery.
