Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in the Office of Operations Safety on a 2-year contract. You will provide operational and administrative support across safety programs, conduct inspections and risk assessments, and assist in incident investigations and recommendations.

You will coordinate safety campaigns and training, maintain workplace safety reports, and contribute to quality improvement projects to enhance patient and staff safety across hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly meticulous, independent, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, data analytics and visualisation tools.
• MOM-Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support for the full spectrum of Operations Safety in the Hospital.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate workplace incidents and make recommendations for improvement.
• Organise campaigns and training to promote safety awareness.
• Maintain workplace safety reports.
• Participate in quality improvement projects.
