Job summary

Sengkang General Hospital is seeking a proactive Operations Lead for the Outpatient Clinic to oversee daily operations and monitor performance. You will work across functions with multiple stakeholders to enhance service delivery and work processes while maintaining high standards of care and achieving performance targets.

You will also participate in capacity planning, resource optimisation and manpower planning to ensure efficient clinic operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Preferably in outpatient clinic operations.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Resourceful, IT-savvy and able to work independently in a dynamic environment with a passion for process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Outpatient Clinic.
• Monitor operational performance to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance service delivery and work processes.
• Involve capacity planning, resource optimisation and manpower planning.
