Job summary

CAFFEINE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to drive growth in the Horeca channel, focusing on hotels, cafes and restaurants for coffee and equipment sales. You will work with senior management on strategic marketing plans, manage trade accounts receivables, identify new clients, and meet revenue targets.

You will report weekly on sales activities and collaborate to deliver market insights.

Qualifications

Experience in Horeca sales within FMCG or foodservice sectors.
**Coffee and equipment knowledge preferred**.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for sales activities and involved in respective sales segments for the company.
Develop the HORECA channel focusing on hotels/cafe/restaurants sector for coffee and equipment sales.
Participate with senior management in the development of strategic marketing plan.
Responsible for all trade accounts receivables, monitoring of A/R aging on a proactive basis.
Identify and secure new clients in addition to yielding existing clients to ensure revenue targets are met.
Analyze market needs and trends to identify and deliver strategies to support the business development plan.
Develop and maintain product and service knowledge to support potential and existing clients.
Meet the sales targets and KPIs as set by senior management.
Weekly reporting on all sales activities to monitor success and effectiveness.
