Job summary

Yellow Ribbon Industries Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a role supporting the Programme Director and Lead Case Manager to deliver meaningful rehabilitation and reintegration programmes for residents of Selarang Halfway House.

The position focuses on ensuring programmes align with the organisation's mission and residents' well-being. You will assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on residents’ progress, while coordinating with partners and volunteers to strengthen community links and

Qualifications

Recognised degree in Social Sciences such as Social Work or Psychology.
Preferably 3 years of relevant experience in social services.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Counselling certification would be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of rehabilitation and reintegration programmes with the Programme team.
Safeguard programme quality and integrity and monitor participation.
Provide holistic case management and refer residents to services.
Guide residents in reintegration areas through home visits and follow-ups.
Participate in group-based programmes including CBP.
Plan outreach activities with partners, volunteers.
Ensure safety and well-being during activities and events.
Maintain accurate case records and prepare timely reports.
