You will engage clients, employers and partners, maintain accurate records, and coordinate interventions while delivering compassionate guidance, ensuring compliant documentation and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary-level education with relevant qualification in career advisory or rehabilitation.
• WSQ Career Advisory Programme or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in case-management or inmate/ex-offender services is required.
• Experience in employment services or social services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct monthly engagements with ex-offenders and employers via site visits, video or calls.
• Monitor work adaptation and performance, triggering follow-ups as needed.
• Coordinate interventions and escalate high‑risk cases promptly.
• Coach individuals on workplace behaviour, resilience and problem solving.
• Assist job seekers with job search, interview prep and re-employment support.
• Maintain case records and prepare updates for reviews.
