Job summary

Yellow Ribbon Industries Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to manage an assigned portfolio of ex-offender career-retention cases. You will provide structured retention, coaching, intervention and re-employment support during the required case-management period.

You will engage clients, employers and stakeholders, maintain case records, and contribute to sustainable employment outcomes through timely interventions and effective communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary-level education required.
• Relevant WSQ Career Advisory Programme or equivalent; Certified Career Advisor preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in case-management, inmate/ex-offender support, or related fields.
• Experience in employment services, career coaching, or rehabilitation is advantageous.
• Strong documentation, data entry and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly engagements with ex-offenders and employers via site visits, video or phone calls.
• Monitor work adaptation, attendance and performance, and take follow-up actions.
• Initiate interventions and escalate high-risk cases.
• Coach ex-offenders on workplace behaviour and resilience.
• Assist with job search, interview prep and re-employment support.
• Arrange interviews and coordinate with employers and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on labour-market developments and national initiatives.
• Liaise among ex-offenders, employers, Singapore Prison Service officers and social services.
• Maintain accurate case records and analytics in prescribed systems.
• Prepare case updates for internal reviews.
