Job summary

YELLOW RIBBON INDUSTRIES PTE. LTD. seeks a security-oriented Operations Assistant at a residential facility. You will support daily routines, assist with resident welfare, and ensure safety in SHWH/CA, working with Case Managers to aid reintegration.

Role requires a diploma, experience in secured settings, people-m management, and the ability to handle shifting hours with professionalism and de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized Diploma in any discipline.
• Relevant experience in operations, security, or provost functions.
• Ability to manage people professionally.
• Basic understanding of case management and counselling is a plus.
• Able to de-escalate tense situations and listen well.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Resourceful, multi-task capable and detail-minded.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Willing to work rotational shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security screening to prevent contraband from entering the house.
• Facilitate daily operation of SHWH or CA and meet residents' needs.
• Manage check-in/check-out process; provide headcount updates.
• Ensure smooth handover between shifts and follow up on open items.
• Provide logistical support; assist with moving bulky items as needed.
• Conduct patrols and searches to ensure resident safety.
• Collaborate with Case Managers on residents’ progress and records.
• Assist with grievance handling and preliminary investigations.
• Identify estate defects and feedback to relevant teams.
