Job summary

Prudential is seeking an experienced BDM Director to drive High Net Worth business growth across multiple distribution channels, including international brokers and bancassurance partnerships. The role focuses on active engagement with frontline stakeholders, distributor onboarding, and pipeline development across assigned markets.

You will coordinate with internal teams to support complex cases, resolve distributor issues, and lead strategic initiatives for the HNW proposition.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
10+ years of working experience preferred.
Experience in HNW/UHNW insurance solutions and wealth planning beneficial.
Strong knowledge of HNW distribution ecosystems (brokers, banks, family offices).
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Drive HNW growth across assigned distribution channels and support sales targets.
Onboard and activate new distribution partners and broker relationships.
Provide advisory support to distributors on capability and processes.
Coordinate market intelligence and support strategic planning for new initiatives.
Develop and execute distributor campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional case orchestration with underwriting, operations, and compliance.
Lead and develop the BDM Associate Director and team members.
