TREVOSE PARTNERS EXECUTIVE PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join its Asia Operations team.

The role interfaces with Portfolio Managers and Execution Traders to provide end-to-end trade support across multiple asset classes, ensuring timely capture and accurate lifecycle management. You will monitor trades, reconcile activity, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements and risk controls.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Trade Support, Trade Assistance or related front-office ops role.
• Degree in a numerate discipline is required.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products and front-to-back processes.
• Good understanding of operational risk, controls and trade lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Portfolio Managers and/or Traders in a front-office environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
• High attention to detail, ownership and proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor trading activity and ensure accurate, timely trade capture across voice and electronic executions.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including bookings, amendments and lifecycle events.
• Maintain instrument, trader, fund and other static data to support accurate trade processing and STP.
• Reconcile internal positions and trade details against external counterparties on T0 and resolve breaks promptly.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Execution Traders, Operations, Middle Office, Risk and other teams.
• Support onboarding of new traders, funds and products.
• Identify and implement process improvements, technology enhancements and risk-mitigation initiatives.
• Maintain procedures and support team training and knowledge sharing.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Cross-asset exposure across Fixed Income, FX, Credit, Rates, Equities and/or ETDs.
