Job summary

Pilgrim Partners Asia (Pte.) Ltd. is seeking a junior Fund Operations & Client Servicing associate in Singapore. The role supports front-to-back operations, client onboarding, and investor reporting, with emphasis on Excel proficiency and meticulous analysis.

You will work closely with traders, fund managers and administrators, handling settlements, NAV reconciliations, subscriptions, redemptions and ad-hoc portfolio reporting. 1–2 years in hedge funds or fund administration is required.

Qualifications

• Junior level role requiring 1-2 years in hedge fund, investment management or fund administration.
• Proficient in Excel; detail oriented with an analytical approach.
• Team player who can also work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support front-to-back operations for traders across the trade lifecycle.
• Monitor settlements and liaise with brokers to resolve issues.
• Perform NAV reconciliation, cash/trade/position reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly investor reports and dashboards.
• Onboard clients and manage subscription details.
• Liaise with fund administrators on subscription and redemption matters.
