Job summary

Principle Partners seeks an experienced Fund Accountant to join the fund accounting team in Singapore. The successful candidate will have strong experience across hedge fund accounting, NAV production and review, financial reporting and fund operations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in fund accounting, with exposure to fund administrators and in-house fund houses. This role oversees NAV calculation, reconciliations and liaises with administrators, auditors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years of fund accounting experience.
Experience with Fund Administrator is highly preferred.
In-house hedge fund/asset manager experience is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of NAV, fund accounting, reconciliations and investment products.
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end hedge fund accounting and NAV calculation/review.
Review P&L, cash, positions, accruals, fees and reconciliations.
Handle accounting for investment products including equities, derivatives, fixed income and FX.
Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, auditors and internal stakeholders.
Support financial reporting, audits, process improvements and junior team oversight.
