FC Investment Management PTE. LTD.

is seeking a detail-oriented Fund Administration and Operations support specialist to assist in daily fund administration, record-keeping, and coordination with banks and service providers in Singapore. You will help with accounting entries, bank reconciliations, capital calls, distributions, and preparing management reports, while maintaining accurate records and supporting regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of investment funds or finance operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day administration of investment funds and related entities.
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing of fund-related matters.
• Support processing of capital calls, distributions, payments, and fund expenses.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, corporate secretaries, and external service providers.
• Assist in monthly bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Support preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, payment processing, and expense tracking.
• Assist in preparation of annual management reports and supporting schedules.
• Support annual report preparation and submission to relevant authorities and service providers.
• Coordinate with external auditors and accountants for year-end closing and audit matters.
• Assist in maintaining accounting and operational records accurately.
• Assist in preparation of investor notices and operational correspondence.
• Support collection and maintenance of KYC/AML documentation.
• Handle administrative coordination and general operational support.
• Ensure documents are properly organized and maintained.
• Support internal compliance, audit, and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Assist in monitoring timelines and operational deliverables.
