Job summary

National University Health System in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, System to support NGEMR and related health IT tools. You will gather requirements, manage user access, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

You will assist with new system rollouts, provide first-line technical support, generate reports with Epic tools, and help with data validation for disease registries and population health metrics. Strong communication and analytical skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university; 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare systems management preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and EMR systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and document enhancements.
• Execute user access provisioning and deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365.
• Monitor system performance and provide first-line technical support.
• Generate reports using Epic tools and assist in data validation for registries.
• Support system rollout projects and coordinate user training sessions.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate updates to users; assist UAT.
• Maintain logs and provide analytics support for population health projects.
