Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a System Process Analyst to support a healthcare digitalisation project, integrating laboratory systems with the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). The role is based at Aljunied with a salary of SGD 4,000–5,000 per month on a 1-year contract.

You will gather and analyse user requirements, review workflows, translate needs into system specs, and coordinate UAT while ensuring regulatory compliance. Experience with LIS/EMR/HIS/NEHR is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Healthcare IT, Clinical Systems, System Implementation or Healthcare Operations
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, UAT and system implementation

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements from users.
• Review existing laboratory workflows and processes.
• Translate business needs into system requirements.
• Support system implementation and process improvements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing activities.
• Track system defects/issues and follow up until resolution.
• Liaise with users, IT teams, vendors and project stakeholders.
• Support integration of laboratory systems and test reporting processes with NEHR
• Prepare process documentation, requirements and project updates.
• Ensure processes and system changes meet relevant regulatory requirements
