Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a System Process Analyst to support a healthcare digitalisation project, integrating laboratory systems with the National Electronic Health Record (NEHR). The role is based at Aljunied with a salary of SGD 4,000–5,000 per month on a 1-year contract.

You will gather and analyse user requirements, review workflows, translate needs into system specs, and coordinate UAT while ensuring regulatory compliance. Experience with LIS/EMR/HIS/NEHR is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Biomedical Science, Business Analytics or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Healthcare IT, Clinical Systems, System Implementation or Healthcare Operations
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, UAT and system implementation

Job Requirements

Around 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Healthcare IT, Clinical Systems, System Implementation or Healthcare Operations

Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, UAT and system implementation

Experience with LIS, EMR, HIS or NEHR would be advantageous

• Good analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of HL7, LOINC, SNOMED CT or SQL would be an advantage
