• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for understanding user needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders including healthcare professionals and technical teams.
• Interest in software products, SaaS platforms, healthcare technology, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Project Managers, and customers to define product roadmaps and change requests.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, user stories, workflows, wireframes, and test cases.
• Work with development teams through the SDLC to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct impact assessments for enhancements to existing SaaS and enterprise apps.
• Facilitate workshops, discussions, and training with customers and end users.
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of issues.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and new product development (e.g., AI pilots).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
