Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Business Administration or Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of business and data analysis experience.
• Experience liaising with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage users to understand their needs and translate them into clear, actionable business requirements for internal teams and vendors.
• Support digital transformation projects by reviewing processes to simplify, improve or automate manual work.
• Prepare user stories, process flows and requirements documentation for new systems, features and enhancements.
• Support workshops, maintain requirements and action logs, and follow up on outstanding items to keep projects moving.
• Prepare test scenarios and scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, record results, and track defects through resolution.
• Help develop user communications, training materials and rollout support for new systems and changes.
• Provide Level 2 support for issues raised by users, investigate causes, and coordinate with IT or vendors on resolution.
• Use Excel and SQL scripting to extract, clean, reconcile and analyse data for operational reviews and reporting.
• Assist with data preparation, cleansing and migration activities when needed.
• Monitor data quality and system performance and flag unusual trends for follow-up.
