Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital is seeking a proactive Programme Coordinator to support the delivery and operations of an innovative home-based rehabilitation programme. You will work with clinicians, allied health professionals, operations teams, community partners, and vendors to drive implementation, coordinate patient workflows, and monitor KPIs.

You will maintain documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to research and evaluation, and help with budgeting, procurement, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preferably healthcare/administrative background.
• 1–2 years of healthcare or community care experience preferred.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic databases.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of programme activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, operations teams and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate programme documentation and ensure governance compliance.
• Contribute to data collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting for research/evaluation.
• Assist with budgeting, procurement, and administrative processes.
