Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Regional Health invites you to join a team that supports programmes contributing to better health outcomes across Singapore. You will provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the department runs smoothly, including data consolidation, regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.

You will handle enquiries, scheduling, records, and procurement tasks, while maintaining invoices and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, or GCE N/Equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality or community care is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organising and coordinating skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for the department.
• Consolidate and manage operational data, prepare reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
• Manage enquiries, scheduling, and documentation; maintain records.
• Support procurement, inventory administration, and departmental initiatives.
