Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial control of the site.
• Organize and direct daily site operations.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, coaching, mentoring and termination of non-physician staff.
• Oversee staff performance, payroll inputs, and time sheets.
• Procure and maintain supplies and resources for smooth office functioning.
• Plan and manage budgets and regular reporting to management.
• Drive cost control and implement long-term goals and policies.
• Coordinate facility management with health system or landlord.
