Job summary

National University Health System Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, System to support healthcare information systems, focusing on requirements gathering, access administration, and stakeholder coordination for NGEMR and related tools.

You will help with new rollouts, enhancements, and provide essential technical support to healthcare clusters. The role requires a degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with preference for those familiar with healthcare workflows and EMR

Qualifications

Degree from a recognized university.
2-3+ years of relevant working experience.
Experience with healthcare systems management preferred.
Understanding of healthcare workflows and EMR systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and document system enhancements.
Perform user access provisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365 systems.
Provide first-line technical support and coordinate escalations.
Generate reports using Epic tools and assist data validation for registries and population health metrics.
Support system rollout projects and coordinate user training sessions.
Coordinate system maintenance and communicate updates to users; support UAT for improvements.
Maintain communication logs and provide analytic/administrative support for population health analytics.
