Job summary

NHG Health seeks a Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Portfolio Management to oversee the portfolio of clinical informatics projects within NHG Group Health Informatics. You will plan, coordinate and execute NGEMR‑Epic programmes and other clinical systems initiatives to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Health Information Management, CS, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical informatics or healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) preferred.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio of clinical informatics projects.
• Prioritize projects based on strategic importance, resource availability and impact.
• Monitor and report project status ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate with clinical and IT teams to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders including leadership.
• Manage budget and resources for the portfolio.
• Develop visual management to track progress and performance metrics.
