Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable professional to lead digital strategy, roadmap development, and system optimization within the healthcare domain. You will act as the domain expert for the digital system, coordinating with IT partners and vendors to deliver on technology refresh and cloud migration initiatives.

You will manage annual workplans and budgets, gather user feedback, oversee requirements gathering, UAT, and change requests, and ensure ongoing system

Qualifications

• Min Degree with at least 2 years in Contact Centre ops and/or IT Product/PM.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Strong requirements gathering and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as domain expert for the digital system, developing strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage annual workplans and budgets aligned to FY30 priorities.
• Manage product roadmaps and backlogs with vendors/IT partners.
• Engage stakeholders and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Lead system enhancements, UAT, and validation of functionalities.
• Support procurement and vendor demonstrations for tech projects.
• Use data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Conduct regular health checks and close identified gaps.
• Track SLAs and manage onboarding of departments onto the system.
• Lead training and enablement for the digital system.
