Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a capable IT Product/Project Manager to support digital strategy, roadmap, and system enhancements at our Jurong East office.

You will manage backlogs, timelines, vendor coordination, and gather user requirements for UAT and system validation, while driving technology refresh and cloud migration projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven identification of operational gaps and ongoing training for system users within a 5-day office workweek.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Min. 2 years of Contact Centre / IT Product / Project Management experience preferred
• Healthcare operations or IT project exposure advantageous
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
