Job summary

You will join SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment to drive cluster-wide digital transformation, turning healthcare challenges into scalable digital solutions. You will frame problems, define success metrics, and shepherd ideas from discovery to adoption, coordinating with innovators, project teams, governance bodies and senior stakeholders to secure consensus and drive practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, innovation management, project management or consulting, with healthcare transformation exposure.
• Certifications in Design Thinking, Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Agile methodologies or Change Management (Prosci) are advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills to build alignment across technical teams, vendors and leadership.
• Familiarity with digital health, low-code/no-code, GenAI, and healthcare workflows; knowledge of governance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead or co-lead digital innovation initiatives from discovery to adoption, framing problems, defining success measures and recommending fit-for-purpose digital solutions.
• Identify and capture digital innovation opportunities through cluster-wide intake and governance channels, maintaining a pipeline aligned to priorities.
• Evaluate strategic alignment, impact, feasibility and implementation considerations; develop decision-ready reports with evidence-based recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders across institutions, clinical and operations teams, IT, governance offices, vendors and senior management; facilitate workshops and secure buy-in.
• Define and track value measures, adoption indicators, benefits and lessons learnt; capture reusable artefacts to strengthen SingHealth's innovation practice.
