Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Healthcare Transformation & Digital Innovation to support transformation programmes within a forward-looking healthcare environment. Qualifications
- Recognised University Degree, preferably in Health Sciences, Social Sciences, Business or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, transformation or related sectors.
- Experience in project management, strategic planning or digital transformation is advantageous.
- Exposure to healthcare technology, AI and automation is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Support development of Smart Hospital strategies and transformation roadmaps.
- Engage stakeholders to map processes, challenges and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct market and trend analyses to identify new healthcare technologies.
- Support programmes covering Smart Clinic, Smart Ward and Smart Radiology.
- Identify AI, automation and RPA opportunities in clinical workflows.
- Plan training, workshops and stakeholder engagements to drive adoption.
- Assist end-to-end planning and delivery of transformation projects.
- Track milestones, risks, resources and outcomes across initiatives.
- Prepare business cases, management papers and project updates.
- Coordinate demonstrations, showcases and stakeholder visits.
- Develop clear communications on objectives and outcomes.
- Provide secretariat support for committees and meetings.
- Contribute to workflow redesign and productivity improvements.
