Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Degree in any field with at least 2 years in Contact Centre operations or IT Product/Project Management.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as domain expert for the digital system and develop strategies and roadmaps.
• Manage annual workplans and budgets aligned to FY30 strategic outcomes and timelines.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlogs with vendors and IT partners for timely digital solutions.
• Engage stakeholders and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for system enhancements.
• Lead system enhancements and change requests, including requirements gathering, UAT, and validation of functionalities.
• Support Technology Refresh and digital transformation projects through system requirements, procurement docs, and vendor coordination.
