Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. seeks a front desk administrator to provide high-quality patient service at the hospital entrance and front desk.

You will coordinate with overseas referral operations and guide patients to SGH for care, while handling insurance inquiries and coordinating with clinicians, nurses, embassies, and families to support foreign patients’ visits. The role requires a degree in hospitality or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong Bahasa

Formación

• Degree with at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and/or written) to support interactions with Indonesian-speaking patients and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with initiative, pleasant disposition and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work well and interact with people at all levels.
• Good analytical, organisational and communication (both verbal and written) skills, good time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the front desk to ensure professional and efficient service delivery.
• Liaise with overseas referral operations and direct patients to facilitate smooth referral of patients to SGH for medical treatment.
• Process insurance requests and handle related queries.
• Partner with various stakeholders (including clinicians, nurses, embassy, patients, next-of-kin, etc) to facilitate new foreign patients' visit in SGH.
• Manage resource (including office supplies, equipment, funds).
• Coordinate workplace audit and participate in quality improvement projects.
