You will supervise the Emergency Planning team, coordinate across departments, and manage incident documentation and post-incident reviews. The role requires 6–8 years in healthcare operations or emergency management, with at least 2 years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in supervisory roles.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day emergency preparedness operations and activities.
• Oversee implementation of emergency response plans and SOPs.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities across departments.
• Monitor compliance with established emergency procedures.
• Support senior management in strategic planning initiatives.
• Supervise Emergency Planning team and coach staff.
• Coordinate workload and resource allocation; support staff development.
• Coordinate departmental response during emergency activations and crisis situations.
• Assist in Operations Centre setup and ongoing crisis operations.
• Oversee EP equipment procurement and maintenance; manage inventory and readiness.
• Support budget planning and expenditure tracking; liaise with BI Equipment Department on asset management.
• Lead IGH Ops Centre planning; coordinate with medical planners and campus planning teams.
• Provide secretariat support for BCM Steering Committee; support MOH EP projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on emergency preparedness matters; IGH planning activities.
