Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare emergency preparedness or crisis management would be an advantage
• Prior experience in healthcare emergency preparedness and crisis management would be an advantage
• Certifications such as WSQ Emergency Response Management and WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes, and ISO 22301 experience would be an advantage

• Assist the unit head in designing crisis preparedness strategies and emergency response frameworks
• Oversee business continuity planning and activities including planning, testing and reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and emergency services to ensure readiness and regulatory compliance
