Job summary

BETHESDA MEDICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Clients Relations Manager / Assistant Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will maintain high retention, ensure service excellence, and support new business opportunities through proactive relationship management. You will liaise with internal teams, prepare documentation, coordinate meetings, and deliver timely reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients with focus on satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as main contact for client inquiries through proactive relationship management and service delivery.
• Attend and support client meetings and engagement sessions.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings.
• Drive actionable follow-ups and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely service recovery.
• Support onboarding of new clients and identify upsell/referral opportunities.
• Prepare client documentation including quotations, service agreements, and renewal packages.
• Assist with audits and due diligence processes with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client records and data; generate monthly and ad-hoc reports.
