Job summary

Serenity Health Partners PTE. LTD. is seeking a Client and Broker Relationship Manager to support Group Health renewals and ensure high client satisfaction. You will coordinate between clients, brokers, and internal teams, manage SalesForce data, prepare quotations, and assist in marketing and product launches.

This role emphasizes building collaborative partnerships with distributors and driving engagement to grow the business in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group Health relationships and renewals to ensure timely contract completion and client retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for broker and client queries, providing clear and timely responses
• Act as the main intermediary between Client Engagement and Operations (TPA) to coordinate service delivery
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external distributors including Brokers, Corporate Agents, and Agents
• Drive broker and distributor satisfaction by conducting regular engagement, performance reviews, pipeline management, and targeted growth initiatives
• Support sales activities by managing SalesForce data, preparing SME quotations, and compiling member census reports
• Collaborate with marketing teams to assist in product launches, sales campaigns, training materials, and market communications
