SINCERE HEALTHCARE GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support day-to-day clinic operations in Singapore, handling both administrative and clinical duties to ensure smooth patient care and service flow.

Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries and calls, preparing case notes and forms, maintaining a clean facility, and assisting with billing, claims, and inventory across clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patient appointments, ensuring an efficient flow of patients.
• Answer patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle incoming calls and provide relevant information.
• Prepare case notes and necessary forms accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain the clinic facility, ensuring it is clean, well-organized, and properly stocked.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as directed by the supervising head, including managing laundry, purchasing refreshments, and ordering stationery.
• Process billing, raise invoices, and collect payments from patients.
• Prepare and submit claims for MediSave, insurance, and other healthcare-related services.
• Upkeep the pharmacy - order drugs and manage inventory
• Rotate across other clinics within the Company or Sincere Healthcare Group for Clinic Assistant duties as needed.
• Perform chaperone duties.
• Assist with pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative tasks as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Clinic's supervising staff.
