Job summary

Since 2021 we have helped 6,000+ nurses and healthcare professionals, both full time and part time, to secure placements in hospitals, clinics, community care centers, testing and vaccination centers.

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality with good customer service skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and basic digital registration systems.
• Able to start work at short notice and commit for at least one month.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and verification of collection details.
• Distribute masks at designated points according to procedures.
• Usher and guide members of the public to the registration and collection points.
• Provide logistical support, including replenishing supplies at distribution counters.
• Rotate between registration, distribution, ushering and logistical support duties as assigned.

About The Role

As a Healthcare Ambassador, your scope of work includes:

• Assist with registration and verification of collection details.
• Distribute masks in accordance with the assigned procedures.
• Usher and guide members of the public to the designated registration and collection points.
• Provide logistical support, including replenishing supplies at the distribution counters.
• Rotate between registration, distribution, ushering and logistical support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform any other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

Working hours

• Location: To be confirmed
• Minimum commitment of 5 days per week
• Fixed working hours from 10am to 8pm
• Lunch breaks are unpaid and are not counted as paid working hours
• On your first day, please report at 9am for a one-hour paid briefing
