Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an administrative and operations assistant for Vanguard Care Home (Woodlands) to ensure smooth client admissions and discharges.

You will join the administration team, conduct intake assessments, manage social background information, and coordinate with finance and social workers to support client needs and arrears management. Experience in healthcare is preferred, diploma required, and strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of the administration team to conduct client’s pre-admission, admission and discharge.
• Conduct intake assessment including basic financial counselling and service agreement.
• Establish and confirm source of social facts shown in the social background of all new clients.
• Support Medifund administration and applications in collaborations with Finance and Social Worker.
