Job summary

Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking dedicated staff to support clinical care at Vanguard Care Home @ Tampines / Hougang. You will assist therapists with daily living activities, mobility, and cognitive exercises under supervision, educate residents on equipment use, and ensure safety and infection control.

You will also handle admin tasks such as documentation, stock maintenance, and coordinating with the Rehab Manager.

Qualifications

Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with 1 year of related experience are preferred.
Candidates without experience but with relevant certification will be considered.
COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

Assist in implementing activities of daily living, range exercises, mobilization, and cognitive activities under supervision of Therapists.
Educate residents on proper use of equipment and exercise routines as prescribed by Therapists.
Adhere to safety measures and infection control procedures.
Prepare apparatus, equipment, and mobility aids per Therapists’ instructions.
Update residents’ progress promptly to Therapists.
Portering of residents for therapy and group activities.
Maintain updated documentation of treatment records and keep daily logs in NHelp.
Ensure regular maintenance checks of therapy equipment and keep rehab areas clean and safe.
Inform supervisor when stock supplies are low and perform other duties as assigned by the Rehab Manager.
