Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an experienced HSEQ professional to strengthen the company’s HSEQ framework in Singapore. You will drive compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, support WSH requirements, and lead continuous improvement across operations.

The role requires 3+ years in HSEQ/Quality in manufacturing, strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with cross-functional teams. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in engineering, safety, environment or quality.
• Min 3 years in HSE/Quality/HSEQ, manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Experience in ISO implementation, compliance and audits.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Experience in CAPA and RCA.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; team oriented.
• Able to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ management systems.
• Ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 compliance.
• Ensure Singapore WSH regulations compliance.
• Promote safety and good HSE practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, training, investigations and RCA.
• Liaise with government agencies on licences and permits.
• Maintain QMS per ISO 9001:2015 and lead audits.
• Manage CAPA from non-conformances and complaints.
• Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production to improve quality and safety.
• Maintain HSEQ documentation and reports; provide updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and other applicable legislation.
• Promote safety awareness and good HSE practices across the organisation.
• Conduct risk assessments, HSE training, incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Liaise with relevant government agencies on licences, permits and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead and coordinate internal, external and certification audits.
• Manage CAPA arising from non-conformances, quality issues and customer complaints.
• Monitor quality KPIs, defects, rework and process deviations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to improve process consistency, product quality and safety performance.
• Maintain accurate HSEQ documentation, records and reports.
• Provide HSEQ updates, findings and recommendations to Management.
• Travel to other operating sites when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HSE, Quality or HSEQ, preferably within a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Experience in ISO implementation, compliance and audit/certification processes.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations.
• Experience in internal/external audits, CAPA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
