Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting an HSEQ Engineer for a manufacturing client in Singapore. You will develop, implement and maintain HSEQ management systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.

This full-time position requires compliance with WSH legislation, audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement, with travel to other sites when required. Salary ranges from S$4,500 to S$6,000 monthly, plus AWS and a variable bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant HSE and quality experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH legislation, audits, CAPA and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ management systems per ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead internal, external and certification audits and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance, defects and process deviations while driving continuous improvement.
• Work with Production and other departments to improve product quality, process and safety.
• Maintain HSEQ documentation and liaise with government agencies.
• Travel to other operating sites when required.

Job description

• Position: HSEQ Engineer
• Location: Science Park Drive
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:50pm or 9:00am–5:50pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$4,500–S$6,000 per month + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Benefits: From 14 days’ annual leave, insurance, medical, TCM and dental coverage

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain HSEQ management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH legislation and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct HSE training, risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Lead internal, external and certification audits and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality performance, defects and process deviations while driving continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to improve product quality, process consistency and safety performance.
• Maintain HSEQ documentation, advise management and liaise with relevant government agencies.
• Travel to other operating sites when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Safety, Environmental, Quality Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant HSE and quality experience, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Good working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH legislation, audits, CAPA and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
