Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee hospital support services, ensuring compliant, high-quality care delivery across clinical and administrative functions.

You will direct capital projects, equipment lifecycle, safety protocols, and cross-department collaboration while managing budgets and driving efficiency and cost optimisation in a complex healthcare environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Engineering required
• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare organisation

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic and operational management of hospital support services
• Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality services supporting patient care delivery
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and infrastructure reliability
• Plan and deliver capital projects and facility development initiatives
• Manage lifecycle of medical equipment (maintenance, repair, replacement)
• Align equipment planning and acquisition with clinical and strategic needs
• Ensure a safe and secure hospital environment
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols
• Lead and manage multiple department heads and operational teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and administrative departments
• Develop, manage, and control operational budgets
• Drive process improvements, efficiency, and cost optimisation
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
