Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, workforce or organizational transformation.
• Experience originating, shaping and converting significant consulting opportunities.
• Strong ability to engage with C-suite and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex workforce transformation engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Build market position and trusted relationships with senior clients across SEA.
• Originate and convert cross-border transformation opportunities and propositions.
• Coach and develop multidisciplinary PwC teams and ensure delivery excellence.
