Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of Talent Acquisition & Consulting to lead our recruitment, manpower outsourcing, and workforce consulting operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing high-volume blue-collar recruitment, expanding manpower supply capabilities, and delivering strategic workforce solutions to clients across the logistics, warehousing, transportation, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong recruitment expertise, commercial awareness, client management capabilities, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership
   • Develop and execute the company's overall talent acquisition and workforce sourcing strategy.
   • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment and talent acquisition team.
   • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from manpower requisition to successful onboarding and deployment.
   • Establish scalable recruitment processes to support high-volume and project-based hiring.
   • Develop recruitment forecasts and workforce plans aligned with business growth and client requirements.
   • Establish recruitment KPIs, performance standards, and accountability across the team.
2. Blue-Collar Recruitment & Manpower Supply
   • Lead large-scale recruitment of warehouse assistants, logistics personnel, drivers, forklift operators, general workers, and other operational staff.
   • Develop and maintain reliable sourcing channels for Singaporean, Permanent Resident, and eligible foreign workers in accordance with MOM requirements.
   • Build partnerships with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, job platforms, and industry networks.
   • Manage urgent recruitment requirements, replacement manpower, and project mobilisation.
   • Ensure manpower fulfilment aligns with clients' operational schedules, shift requirements, and contractual commitments.
