Job summary

Ant Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced product leader to own the end-to-end commercialization of SME lending products, from sizing and pricing through launch and optimization. This role works across Business, Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Data teams.

You will define pricing frameworks, build business cases and models, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience across lending product management, commercialization, or product development in financial institutions.
• Strong pricing and financial capability including risk-based pricing and unit economics.
• Proven ability to translate market research into product strategy and launch plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercialization plan for SME lending products including opportunity sizing and launch.
• Define pricing strategy, governance, and risk-based pricing with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness across product, design, technology, and compliance.
• Define KPIs and perform cohort/segment analysis to identify growth and pricing opportunities.
• Embed responsible lending principles and governance across product design and commercialization.
