Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore seeks an experienced transformation leader to serve as Chief Product Owner for a multi-year FSS Operations Transformation Programme. You will define the FSS Ops Target Operating Model and lead a team of Product Owners across Custody, Funds, and related services to drive efficiency, risk reduction and scalable growth.

You will translate strategy into prioritised capabilities, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Technology, Risk, Finance and regional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, CSPO certification preferred.
• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs in banking.
• Strong communication and governance capabilities to align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the FSS Ops product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Translate strategy into epics, features and outcomes across Custody, Funds and related domains.
• Lead Product Owners and drive adoption of the target operating model.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure value, risk and regulatory outcomes are achieved.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with agile and governance disciplines.
