Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a senior regulatory governance leader to design and drive the compliance and sales governance agenda for Wealth Solutions. You will translate complex obligations into practical controls and lead cross-functional programs to strengthen client outcomes and conduct culture.

This role requires extensive experience in regulatory governance, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering sustainable compliance improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in banking/financial services, across wealth management, regulatory governance, product or sales governance, compliance, audit, operational risk, or policy/process application.
• Familiarity with local MAS regulations particularly FAA and SFA.
• Experience with regulatory bodies or audit functions is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive 1LOD analysis to interpret, assess and change implementation to comply with regulatory obligations and internal policies.
• Represent SG WSCOO in regulatory forums, change implementation, governance and process transformation initiatives.
• Translate requirements into practical business processes, governance routines and control frameworks.
• Provide oversight on risk assessment controls and ensure timely remediation across functions.
