Job summary

STANDARD CHARTERED BANK (SINGAPORE) LIMITED seeks a seasoned regulatory lead to shape the regulatory & policy compliance and sales governance agenda for Wealth Solutions Singapore.

You will translate obligations into practical processes, drive 1LOD actions, and coordinate across Compliance, Legal, Risk Management and Business to sustain client-focused outcomes while strengthening governance and control frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience applying regulatory and policy frameworks to banking products and sales.
• Strong ability to translate complex regulations into practical actions.
• Proven track record in governance, assurance and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory change and transformation initiatives to meet obligations and internal policies.
• Oversee regulatory reviews, monitoring and assurance activities with timely remediation.
• Drive policies, processes, and governance to ensure compliant sales conduct and risk controls.
• Provide leadership and stakeholder management across Wealth Solutions Singapore and related functions.
• Develop and deliver wealth training curricula to embed compliant behaviors and culture.
• Coach and develop talent to strengthen regulatory know‑how and governance capabilities.
