Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced regulatory governance leader to design and drive the regulatory, policy compliance and sales governance agenda for Wealth Solutions Singapore.

You will translate complex regulatory obligations into practical processes, oversee 1LOD assurance and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to strengthen controls and promote fair dealing and client outcomes.

• Extensive experience in regulatory governance and wealth management.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical processes.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory change and transformation initiatives across Wealth Solutions Singapore.
• Represent SG WSCOO in regulatory forums and governance activities.
• Translate regulatory obligations into practical business practices and training.
• Oversee risk controls, assurance activities and remediation tracking.
• Drive policies, sales conduct improvements and operational risk governance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to senior stakeholders and teams.
